Taproom closing

Our journey here at Big Boss Brewing has spanned so many adventures, events, great times, and great people that we are constantly humbled by the passion and enthusiasm of our customers. It's all of you that have made our Wicker Drive taproom one of the original craft beer hubs of the Raleigh scene. But all good things come to an end, including endings.
We are excited to announce that we will be moving to a new taproom for 2023, to continue our journey as pioneers of North Carolina craft beer, and bring new and delicious beers to our friends and neighbors on into the future. But don't worry, your favorite Big Boss beers aren't going anywhere, and you'll be able to find us across the state and in your local grocery stores and bottle shops until our new home is ready to greet you all!
In the interim, we are having a recession proof blow out of all draft beers at the tap room for $3 a pint and daily 6 pack specials! Come down and share some memories as we say farewell to this historical landmark and prepare for our next Adventure. Cheers!

Our beloved ‘Harvest Time’ is back again! This is a fall favorite that is brewed with real pumpkin and will evoke memories of holidays and family. It is brewed with our own proprietary blend of spices that make Harvest Time one of the best-received pumpkin ales available.

Bull of The Woods - 2022 Edition - Our small batch barrel aged Imperial Stout features a complex blend of roasted malts to create layers of chocolate, espresso, and caramel. Vanilla, cocoa nibs, coffee, and black pepper build on the profile after its' lengthy rest in Malted Rye Whiskey barrels for this specialty release. Best served in a tulip glass. 11% ABV

The Wolf - 2022 Edition: Barrel Aged American Barleywine features a blend ofBritish and Caramel malts creating a rich toffee flavor. Aggressive American hop additions balance the sweetness. 12.50% ABV
