Two tap room exclusives for February being released over the next two weeks.
Thursday 4th: Pale Ale This American Pale Ale was made to be easy drinking. It’s brewed with American malt and hops to produce an earthy balance of flavor and aroma! 4.5% abv
Thursday 11th: Hefeweizen A German style wheat beer brewed with 50% malted wheat and 50% malted barley. The yeast used produces flavors of banana and cloves. “Hefe” means yeast and this unfiltered ale will be cloudy and extremely easy to imbibe. 4.5% abv |

Little Larrry Belgian Pale

This Thursday we'll bring you another Big Boss taproom exclusive! Little Larry is a Belgian Pale Ale brewed with Belgian malts and American hops. We ran the wort thru a hopback containing Cascade, Hallertau, Nugget and Santium hops that we grew ourselves right here at our brewery. This medium bodied dry ale is bursting with hop flavor. 5.5% ABV

First Beer Dinner in 2010

The Liberty Gastropub has announced that on Thursday, Jan. 14, it will hold its first beer dinner, a 4-course culinary event featuring the brewer from Raleigh, NC's Big Boss Brewery. The dinner starts at 7 p.m. and the cost is $40 per person. For reservations, please call (704) 332-8830.

Just an FYI that the Big Boss Tap Room will be open on New Years Eve till 2am. We will be closed on New Years Day and back to normal hours starting Saturday the 2nd. |
