 HIGHROLLER III is the latest in the Big Boss IPA series available only in our taproom for a limited time. Mike "Sweet Cheeks" Morris put together this American IPA with at medium body; just enough to balance the onslaught of American hops to come. It has a light copper color with medium hop bitterness with a light hop aroma & flavor. 6.95% ABV |

 July is shaping up to be a good month of music for Big Boss. In addition to Local Beer Local band @ Tir Na Nog we will be haning out at the The cave in Chapel Hill and Koko Booth in Cary. Here is a quick run down with more dates to be announced soon!

Belle Wringer Double Wit

 We are bringing back last years very popular summer seasonal: The Belle Wringer Double Wit. This is our version of a strong wit beer, brewed with curacao orange peels and fresh ground coriander. The orange enhances the natural citrus flavors derived from the fermentation of our special Belgian yeast. This is an unbelievably refreshing and easy drinking ale, but please be cautious; it is stronger than you think! This is now available in our tap room and will soon make it's way to some of the finer beer bars of the Triangle. |

 This Thursday, June 5th we will be serving a special cask of our BAD PENNY brown ale. We'll be tapping into it this Thursday at 6 p.m. in our tasting room - so don't be late!
