HELL'S BELLE Belgian Blond
This subtle but complex ale is meant to be a showcase for our favorite Belgian yeast and beautiful Belgian malts. It is deceptively strong with a citrus and spice finish. It remains light and refreshing but still packs a 7% ABV finish. Please consume responsibly.

BAD PENNY Brown Ale
This dark brown ale is slightly sweet with a caramel and dark fruit finish. A show case of fine English malts, floor malted the old way. We use pale, chocolate, and crystal malts to produce a complex, but easy drinking dark ale. Very reminescent of northern English ales.

ANGRY ANGEL Kölsch Style Ale
Our Kölsch is a refreshingly pale German style Ale. It is cold fermented and cold conditioned to achieve a beautiful balance between biscuit malt flavors and floral hop notes. It is light bodied and finishes somewhat dry to enhance it's easy drinking nature.

Seasonal Brews

Aces & Ates Coffee Stout
Our Winter Ale that is made with locally roasted organic fair trade beans. It has a noticable smell and taste of fine coffee that is brewed using a special process. For this brew we have teamed up with Larry's Beans, Raleigh's coffee experts!

Belle Wringer Double Wit
 Our version of a strong wit beer, brewed with curacao orange peels and fresh ground coriander. The orange enhances the natural citrus flavors derived from the fermentation of our special Belgian yeast. This is an unbelievably refreshing and easy drinking ale, but please be cautious; it is stronger than you think!
Belgian Black Raspberry
Our newest creation, the Belgian Black Raspberry, is a strong black ale brewed with imported malt, hops and yeast. This beer is aged for 6 months and infused with 150 pounds of real raspberries. It is smooth, strong and culminates with an amazing dark raspberry finish.

Black Diamond Express
A light and refreshing Belgian ale with orange & lemon peel and over 170 pounds of Blackberries. This easy drinking ale has subtle blackberry flavors and a smooth, dry finish.

Surrender Monkey Farm House Ale
Surrender Monkey is our interpretation of one of our favorite styles of beer; Belgian farmhouse ales. It is strong and complex. It is over 8% abv. and perfectly blends a spicy and slightly sweet finish with a subtle fruitiness derived from our favorite Belgian yeast strain. This ale is cellared for months until we deem it ready for our discriminating customers. We take great pride in presenting you this beer and ask that it be consumed responsibly.

Wooden Monkey
This is an amber, Belgian-style ale made with imported Belgian malts, hops and citrisy Belgian yeast. Wooden Monkey is aged on oak. It is then naturally carbonated and conditioned for a full robust and unique flavor.

Harvest Time Pumpkin Ale
This is a Subtly Spiced Fall ale Brewed with Real Pumpkin that will evoke memories of holidays and family. It is brewed with our own proprietary blend of spices that will make this one of the best recieved pumpkin ales available.

Pale Ale
This is an American style pale ale brewed with US grown pale, biscuit and crystal malts. It has lots of American hop flavor from Cascade to Glacier hops. Tons of flavor but well balanced. What more could you ask for? 5.9% Abv

Double IPA
Newer American Style Ale that is strong and very hoppy. A very popular style of recent invention that has a dedicated cult following. A strong beer that is quite bitter in flavor and will have good market potential at home and abroad.
